How the co-op works

A clearer path from hello to paid work.

  1. 01

    Join the room

Apply for early access, introduce your craft, and meet the Nairobi members building alongside you.

  2. 02

    Share the signal

Pass on leads that are not the right fit, partner on bigger briefs, and make warm introductions when someone is a match.

  3. 03

    Win together

Keep your client relationship and your independence. The co-op is there to make better work more findable.

  4. 04

    Pay when it works

Your $5 monthly membership supports the community. The 8% success fee applies only to work sourced through the co-op.

For your practice

The work gets stronger when the network does.

Warm leads, shared responsibly

Keep opportunities moving when a project is not yours to take, and receive referrals that match your craft.

Room to collaborate

Build small teams for larger briefs without giving up your own name, voice, or client relationship.

Designers & writers

Find aligned collaborators, trade specialist referrals, and keep the creative conversation close to home.

Developers

Pair your build skills with trusted strategy, design, and content partners when the brief needs more than one discipline.

Simple economics

A membership that stays aligned with your independence.

There is no success fee on the work you find yourself. The co-op only shares in paid projects that come through its own network.
